The Ethics Committee guarantees the founding values of the Group .
The Group’s Ethics Committee is comprised of six independent members, devoid of any political and economical motives.

Army general (2S); former commander of the rapid response force and subsequently of the UNPROFOR; Former adviser to the EU’s senior representative for the former Yugoslavia, and joint author of the Dayton agreements.
Former senator (PS) for the Bouches-du-Rhône; former mayor of Aix-en-Provence; former member of several senatorial groups promoting Franco-African friendship; former member of the parliamentary assembly for La Francophonie.
Former French ambassador to the FAO, the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights; Former member of the economic operations department of the MFA, expert assigned to the UN.
Lawyer to the court; former president of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF); former senior civil servant at the European Commission in Brussels; a member of the Academy of Agriculture.
